RETURN POLICY
At CHRISELLE, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service, including accommodating change of mind returns for online orders. We are pleased to offer refunds or store credit for most full-price merchandise. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following guidelines:
This policy applies to all purchases made through chriselleparis.com.
We are unable to accept returns from third-party stores or online retailers stocking CHRISELLE products. Please contact the store where you made your purchase for any return inquiries. If the third party is unable to resolve your issue, please reach out to us at clientservice@chriselleparis.com.
To return an online purchase, items other than faulty goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery for exchange, credit note, or refund.
Return item must be returned with proof of purchase from chriselleparis.com.
Please take care when trying on garments.
All returned garments must be in their original condition: clean, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags attached, no scent or makeup stains, and in the same packaging they arrived in. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered, or washed will not be accepted.
Please note all products are shipped in CHRISELLE's signature fabric bag, all products must be returned in the same packaging including the fabric bag with tag still attached. If your return does not meet this criteria, we are unable to process a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, our returns department will notify you of the status of your return if your return has been accepted. Returns that do not meet our return policy will be sent back to your purchase address.
Please consider the environment and carbon footprint of online shopping & online returns. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.
We endeavour to process returns daily Monday - Friday but please allow up to 5 business days from the date the return parcel is received.
Full-priced items purchased online can be returned for an exchange, credit note, or refund within 14 days from the arrival date.
If the return is past 14 days, or any unconfirmed return that arrives after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund. You will only be eligible for a Store Credit or Exchange for returns after seven days.
Sales & Discounted items, where no more than 39% off applies to original full price RRP items, can be returned for exchange or credit note. No refund issued.
If the return is past 14 days, or any unconfirmed return that arrives after 14 days will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Any item that is discounted from 40% off is considered Final Sale, are unable to be exchange or , credit note or issue refund.
Final sale and clearance sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. Items that are marked with final sale or clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting us for assistance, prior to purchasing.
By purchasing a final sale item you agree that the item cannot be returned or exchanged for another item. If final sale items have been returned to an CHRISELLE warehouse or store without authorisation, items will be returned to sender at the senders expense.
Exchange are eligible on Full-Priced, and Sales & Discounted items only, (Excluded final sales items).
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a size exchange can be processed. If the size, style or colour is not available at the time of fulfilment, we will process a store credit in accordance with our return policy. Please allow up to 14 business days for your credit note to be processed.
We offer one sizes exchanges subject to availibility. In accordance with our return policy.
If you wish to exchange styles, a credit notes will be issue for you to place a new order.
Please kindly note, that the cost of return shipping include any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer.
Credit notes are eligible on Full-Priced, and Sales & Discounted items only, ( Excluded final sales items).

Please note online credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of issue date.
The amount credited will only cover the value of the item purchased.

Refunds are eligible on Full-Priced items only.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund has been issued. Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method as the below steps need to be followed:

Processing and inspection for refund approval
Authorization to finance department to issue refund
It can take up to 7 business days for the funds to credit back to your payment method once our finance department process the refund
Should your refund not be processed within the 21 business days, please send us the tracking number for the returned package by email at chriselleparis.com so that we can investigate further.
Please kindly note, that the cost of return shipping include any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer. All Shipping fees and any duties and taxes from the original order are non refundable. Your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Please be aware, that if the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed off by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund.
Gift Cards may not be returned and will be honoured for 3 years from the date of issue. Gift Cards are valid for use on the CHRISELLE Online Store. A gift card is not eligable for a refund.
When you receive your order, please inspect all items carefully before trying on - if you notice a fault, please contact our client service team at clientservice@chriselleparis.com within 48 hours of your purchase and ensure you include your order number and images and a description of the fault within your email. The client service team will respond as soon as possible with a desired solution.
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
During promotional periods we can't cancel orders due to the volume of orders.
