CHRISELLE offers complimentary delivery for orders over

Delivery orders are typically fulfilled by DHL, FEDEX or UPS. However, for certain regions, or due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative carrier may also be utilized to meet the expedited delivery timeline
For customs charges may be applied by the local Customs office of the country of delivery. Rates vary depending on the country of delivery.

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means customer will not have to pay additional fees when order arrives in your country. Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are added to the order total in the checkout.
At this time, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Boxes. All International deliveries must be shipped to a residence or business address.
We will do our very best to help if there is an error with an address however, it's not possible to do this once the order has been packed and collected by the carrier.

CHRISELLE offers Worldwide Shipping, please note that because of current regulations we are unable to ship orders to the Belarus, Iraq, Iran, Russian Federation, and Ukraine.

Delivery times depend on destination country. There is no guaranteed delivery date for orders sent via postal services. Delivery dates quoted are an estimation only. We aim to meet the delivery times quoted but during busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or customs inspections, can result in delivery delays.
Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following business day. Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday (exceptions to Saturday, Sunday and Holidays)
Once your order has been placed and imported into our system, we have no ability to edit it or make any changes for you. Our dispatch team is conscious of processing orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we are unable to cancel it before shipping. Please take your time whilst processing your order.

On occasion orders may be sent via a split shipment. Please note, your order may arrive in multiple packages. You will receive additional tracking for your items via email.
A confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Please note that during peak sale times, there may be a delay in processing your order. Additionally, please ensure you have checked your spam, junk, and promotion mail folders. If you still haven't received the confirmation, contact us at clientservice@chriselleparis.com to have another confirmation sent.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND
Please make sure items are returned in original condition with all garment tags attached and original packaging within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Please read our full Returns Policy here
Please consider the environment and carbon footprint of online shopping & online returns. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items if necessary.
We endeavour to process returns daily Monday - Friday but please allow up to 5 business days from the date the return parcel is received.
Once your return is received and inspected, our returns department will notify you of the status of your return if your return has been accepted. Returns that do not meet our return policy will be sent back to your purchase address.

Return refers to the process of physically sending your parcel back to us. Please note that return does not imply a refund. After your return is received and inspected, the following options may be available: exchange, store credit, or refund. CHRISELLEPARIS.COM online does not facilitate exchanges. The only exception to this is if your garment is faulty or an order error has taken place. We will of course then look into an exchange from our retail stores. Please note this is dependent on stock availability.

Refunds are eligible on Full-Priced items only.
Following inspection and acceptance of your return, you will receive confirmation via email that a refund has been issued. Please note that returned orders can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method.
Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
CHRISELLE cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.
SALES PROMOTION & FINAL SALES
Any item that is discounted from 40% off is considered Final Sale, are unable to be exchange or, credit note or issue refund.
Final sale and clearance sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. Items that are marked with final sale or clearance sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting us for assistance, prior to purchasing.
By purchasing a final sale item, you agree that the item cannot be returned or exchanged for another item. If final sale items have been returned to a CHRISELLE warehouse or store without authorisation, items will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense.
Sales & Discounted items, where no more than 39% off applies to original full price RRP items, can be returned for exchange or credit note. No refund issued.
If the return is past 14 days, or any unconfirmed return that arrives after 14 days will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged in any way, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within a reasonable time period from the date of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately at customerclientservice@chriselleparis.com. Due to the reduced pricing of our warehouse sale edit some packaging, such packaging may not be in perfect condition. Please be advised we do not deem this as a fault.
We do not offer exchanges, store credits or refunds on FINAL SALE merchandise unless the product is not of acceptable quality, is not fit for purpose or is different from its description. Returns will not be accepted via our Online Customer Care. CHRISELLE does not offer refunds for change of mind for Online Warehouse Sale purchases.
To apply a voucher code, you will need to enter the code in the 'Promotional Code' field and click the 'Apply' button. This field is located under your order summary in checkout.
PRE-ORDER
Preorder enables you to purchase an item before it is available for immediate shipment. Each preorder item will be marked as such on the site, and the estimated shipping date will be displayed above the product description. The preorder status of an item will be reiterated at the point of Checkout.
Items marked with Pre-Order will be dispatched from our Warehouse once the items become available. Please refer to the individual product details for more information.
Please be aware that occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, shipping dates may be subject to change. These changes can result from disruptions or delays in the clearance process with freight services. If we anticipate any delays, we will contact you to keep you informed of any updates to the delivery schedule. For further assistance, please contact us here.
Once you have received your order, your order falls in line with our general returns policy for full-priced items. Thus, once you have placed your pre-order we cannot cancel for 'change of mind' as your garment is now ordered and made.

Chriselleparis.com accepts the following payment methods: Mastercard®, Visa®, American Express®, PayPal®.
If your payment has been declined, please make sure that the payment information that you entered is correct. If the information is correct, please contact your issuing bank or payment provider.
If your payment has been declined and you have saved your payment information to your Chriselleparis.com account, we recommend that you:
- Check that the payment method has not expired.
- Ensure that the billing address matches the payment methods. You can edit payment information by clicking “Update Billing Address” and following the instructions.
- Ensure that you have supplied the correct 3- or 4-digit security number. For your protection, Chriselleparis.com requires this information at each payment, even if you have already saved your card details.

Chriselleparis.com allows you to save your payment information. However, Chriselleparis.com does not retain any credit card information. You will need to re-enter your CVV code at every purchase.
Chriselleparis.com uses 3D Secure, an added security layer system for payments made with Visa®, Mastercard®, and American Express® cards equipped with this technology. These credit cards use the 3D Secure services "Verified by Visa®", "Mastercard® SecureCode" and "American Express SafeKey®", respectively.
Our payments department carries out anti-fraud checks before approving your transaction. You may be contacted for additional details before your order is confirmed.
Chriselleparis.com authenticates and secures payments using 3D Secure, also known as "Verified by Visa®", "Mastercard® SecureCode" or "American Express SafeKey®". During the payment process, the bank requests personal information to verify the cardholder's identity and validate the transaction.
To pay with 3D Secure on Chriselleparis.com: Once your bank details (card number, expiration date, and card verification number) have been validated, a new page will prompt you to type in the personal information requested by your bank. This information may be:
- The answer to a personal question
- A password you have previously chosen
- A code sent by SMS
- Your date of birth
Once the 3D Secure code has been keyed in and validated by your bank, your order becomes finalized. Please expect a confirmation email at this time.
Each bank has its own authentication method. For questions concerning your 3D Secure code, please contact your bank directly.
OFFERS & GIFTS CARD
Digital Gift Cards can be purchased here and will be delivered to your specified email within the hour of purchasing.
Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. Available for use on full priced and sale items.
At checkout enter the unique gift card number and hit 'apply'. Note the total amount will be used from the gift card.

Gift cards are valid for a term of 3 years from the date of purchase. Gift cards are partially redeemable, and it is up to the cardholder to use the full value within the validity period. Any balance that remains on the Gift Card after expiry shall be forfeited and will not be refunded or credited. Extensions will not be granted. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
eGift Cards
On the eGift Card email, it is valid 3 years from the scheduled date.
We only offer Gift Cards in EURO. Gift Cards redeemed in store and online and will be processed in local currency at the daily exchange rate, this rate is set by a third-party provider.
Yes, you can pay the remaining amount using a credit card, PayPal or After pay method at checkout.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. If you wish to return an item(s) from your order purchased with a Gift Card, the refund amount will be reissued as an online credit for any online returns, or a store credit for any returns to a store, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
